Elena Atrashkevich was born in Borisov, Minsk region (1966).
Graduated from the Leningrad Conservatory in composition by B. A. Arap (1989).
Chairman of the Belarusian Union of Composers (2019).
Chairman of the Subject-Cycle Commission “Variety Art (singing)” of the educational institution “Minsk State College of Arts”, head of the studio of the pop song “We Sing Together”.
Member of the Board of the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for Supporting Talented Youth.
